一直想試呢間餐廳好耐,直到今日終於有時間前來光臨。睇餐牌有咁多款蝦都唔知試邊款好,款款都好吸引,最後揀咗鹹蛋黃蝦。當落完order就見到店員喺門口個水缸到撈啲蝦出來,有種西貢食海鮮嘅感覺!比我嘅感覺成件事都好透明均真。一上菜啲鹹蛋黃依然沸騰中,熱油逼晒啲鹹香出來。驟眼望呢度嘅蛋黃蝦同外邊食到嘅唔同,呢度食到嘅似乎油比較多,但蛋黃丁上;外間食嘅咸蛋黃係mash溶去然後黏在蝦殼上,所以永遠都只係個殼有味。可能係有別一般嘅煮法,所以隻隻蝦都入晒味,連蝦頭入面都傳來啖啖咸香。一鍋有七隻蝦左右,隻隻都好飽滿結實,蝦肉好彈牙唔霉,而且好多金黃色嘅膏!二百零蚊,兩個人食份量啱啱好,唔會太膩又夠飽,個人認為如果三個人食嗌兩鍋先夠!係蝦鍋來前叫咗兩款小食:一口豆腐&醉雞卷。豆腐似乎加咗魚肉,所以偏向彈牙口感;亦都略嫌唔熱,呢款的確有少少失望。不過醉雞卷就好好食!酒味好濃,加入冰糖令到酒味更易入口,而且每件都入晒味,雞卷已去骨,present得都好靚。另外再叫咗個清炒羽衣甘藍。第一次食羽衣甘藍,未食前我suppose草青味較濃,原來口感近似豆苗,清甜爽脆,90幾蚊本身我認為有少少貴,但係份量都多,而且上湯

另外再叫咗個清炒羽衣甘藍。第一次食羽衣甘藍,未食前我suppose草青味較濃,原來口感近似豆苗,清甜爽脆,90幾蚊本身我認為有少少貴,但係份量都多,而且上湯底炒出來嘅味道的確並非一般屋企做到,所以呢款值得一試。

食完先喺門口報章得知蝦鍋係台南特色菜式,大廚兼老闆夫婦係台灣人,難怪店裡頭掛滿台灣吊飾。

整體來講,對於鍾意食蝦嘅人呢度的確值得一來,食物本身有質素,店面有格調又清靜,唔駛同人迫,現場所見客人以少婦同OL佔多,所以鍾意坐得舒服,輕輕鬆鬆食下海鮮嘅人不妨可以考慮呢度。
