To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次晚上放工回家,不想煩食什麼的時候,一定會去這間小店吃他們的排骨炒麵。食雞扒我會去榮式雞扒,食排骨的話一定會去金祥排骨。排骨看似簡單的食材,沒有什麼特別,但要整得好食真的一點都不容易。他們的排骨真的相當鬆軟,而且一點也不油膩。而他們的炒麵亦是真正的上海麵,現在很多餐廳已經用炒烏冬來代替,口感真的無法相比,上海麵口感較實在,有彈性,真的不能用烏冬代替。除了他們的招牌排骨炒麵外,我亦很喜歡吃他們的湯麵。很少鋪頭有竹笙做配料,而他們的菜肉雲吞亦都非常足料,雲吞皮又薄又滑值得一試。另外他們的小食亦都非常好味,我很喜歡他們的炸豆腐,紫菜魚肉卷
