星期六嘅時間都係奉獻俾我男朋友嘅(或者係佢奉獻啲時間俾我,哈哈~),所以就緊係要食好西啦! 見到唔少人都介紹呢間日式廚師發辦餐廳,好似都幾正,所以我地就決定去試一試六百蚊左右可以食到廚師發辦,都真係幾抵,不過睇完菜單發現有好多野都想試下,所以就決定都係自行發辦喇~首先黎嘅小食係鵝肝蒸蛋,一打開蓋,啲煙就即係溜出喇,用高湯煮嘅茶碗蒸,蛋質超級滑溜,而且放入鵝肝、芫茜、蟹肉、蝦肉、菇等等,可惜主角鵝肝就只有一舊,真係唔夠喉另一道小食係幾特別嘅鰻魚豆腐,兩舊豆腐中間夾住一塊蒲燒鰻魚,之後好似壽司咁,用一條紫菜穩固住,外層仲有一層薄薄嘅天婦羅炸衣,最後放係淡且帶甜嘅醬油同放上一小撮明太子,咁就完成。味道係出乎意料地夾,豆香同甜嘅燒汁味幾配合,有多重口感,真係超特別,大烈推介主菜有三文魚茶漬飯,份量唔算太多,珍珠米已經同調味粉撈混,再係飯上面放上灼過嘅三文魚肉同紫菜絲,而成個飯都係浸入淡綠茶到。我嘅食法係將芥辣、三文魚、紫菜同飯搞勻,鮮磨嘅芥辣,刺激嘅辣味更加強勁,我將成粒放咗入去之後就有啲後悔,因為每一啖都好攻鼻,不過攻鼻同時都清咗味蕾,令舌頭可以享受到更細膩嘅味道,例如茶香同魚油香另一個主菜

另一個主菜係北海道刺身丼,話明北海道,啲刺身緊係由北海道空運到港嫁啦 (我相信係!),賣相真係超吸引,因為只見刺身不見飯,各種刺身滿佈係呢個丼飯到,仲唔係只擺一面做下樣,而係360度都有刺身嫁!!! 各款刺身有海膽、帶子、甜蝦、蟹籽沙律、鯛魚海膽卷、三文魚籽、蟹柳、吞拿魚、油甘魚、玉子等等,真係超級豐富,非常值得一提嘅係帶子同海膽,味道超鮮甜,一啲腥臭味都無,所以真係不得不相信佢地就係黎先北海道嘅刺身刺身飯價錢好合理,我認為絕對係物超所值
