To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天氣涼涼地，想食個蛇羮就去蛇王芬食晚飯。見到有個二人餐，550蚊，老婆突然想飲燉湯（可以揀蛇羹），以為可以一個飲湯一個食蛇，點知伙記話只可以揀一款？落單叫海底椰燉湯，豉油王煎蝦碌，鴛鴦腸抄芥蘭，蛋白炒飯。菜牌強調二人份，所以唔擔心唔夠食。最令我失望的是上菜只得一中燉湯上枱，問夥計唔係有兩中嗎？佢話要我叫哋兩個＂分享＂。食過好多其他餐廳的中式，西式，日式二人餐都係一人一個湯。唉！咁樣都唔係以客為本。整體味道還可以，當然唔係＂嘩好好味＂嘅水平！店舖也比較淺窄同舊，坐得比較迫。呢個價錢就真係唔值呀。 （臨走時聽到隔籬枱問夥計個二人餐仲有個蛇羹咁耐都未嚟，夥計話剩係得一個，個客即刻好失望咁嘅樣！）
