住大埔區廿幾年,今日第一次幫襯。每次經過都人山人海或者收左舖(晚上唔開的),今次終於立定決心等位試下。首先叫左個台山蠔缽$38:寫住師傅獻藝,當然要一試,叫左三分鐘就上枱,原來一早整定左:幾特式,好重蛋味,入面仲有蠔仔、油炸鬼、大量芫茜,類似蒸魚腸既做法,個人好鍾意食芫茜,所以覺得好香好好食! 如果係魚腸,相信仲惹味,仲經典。醉雞配米粉$42,中午十二點就話冇米線,你做粉麵生意唔係應該一早要備貨咩? 唯有改做米粉。 醉雞有微微酒味,但份量大,$42算係好超值。清湯牛腩河$34,味道尚可,牛腩算多。可惜食完勁口湯!舖面太狹窄,唯有坐到舖外走廊。店員態度不錯,但漏單情況嚴重。叫左熱奶茶,過左十分鐘後黎話我知,熱奶茶要等起碼十五分鐘,你仲要唔要? 改左飲汽水算。 叫杯凍華田,催左幾次,半個鐘後先到,野食都一早食完,呆坐等杯野飲!
