九龍城最出名就係食泰國菜同埋打邊爐,今日朋友帶我去食一間火鍋店,就係龍崗道,門口有張長木凳,方便等位客人。入到餐廳內乾淨企理,而每張枱仲有屏風分隔,唔使再係嗰啲透明膠版,坐得好舒服。打開餐牌湯底好多選擇,仲有一啲特色湯底。今晚叫咗個秘製胡椒豬骨煱$188。湯底濃濃胡椒味,豬骨大大件,好多骨膠原。呢度主打嘅當然係牛肉牛肉,有日本和牛同埋本地手切肥牛選擇。今晚點左日本飛驒和牛肩頸肉$368, 牛肉入口嫩滑,牛味濃,口感強。其他配菜有萵筍$42,野生竹笙$58,蜂巢布包豆腐$68,皇帝菜$48,豬皮鴨血雙拼$58。另外墨魚油炸鬼$58,香脆彈牙。飲品自家製竹蔗茅根,清熱健康冰涼$78。呢度價錢性價比高,選擇度環境好,樓上仲有獨立房。
