因為鋪頭唔係好大所以都預左要等下~ 呢日星期日6點左右黎到,前面已經有幾個人排緊隊,等左45分鐘左右先入得~✺ 黑松露慢煮安格斯牛沾麵慢煮安格斯牛經過火灸再淋上燒汁,帶住火灸既香氣,肉質都唔錯。而沾既黑松露湯味道似蘑菇湯多啲,沾麵食都唔會太膩~✺ 海老帆立貝沾麵海老帆立貝沾麵就完全滿足左樣樣都想食既心,隻大蝦已經剝好殼,唔洗驚整污糟隻手。仲有三大片火灸叉燒,不過略嫌叉燒太薄🙈 而沾湯係加左大量櫻花蝦既豬骨湯,對比起黑松露湯就濃好多。
