朋友話食日本菜,上星期經過見到這間,今晚就來食飯。餐廳全是日式擺設,燈光柔和,一邊有個切魚生吧枱位置,亦有播放音樂。食日本菜,當然必食魚生刺身,先來岸久刺身四點盛合,魚生件件都是厚切,肉厚肥美,三文魚刺身勁鮮甜,帆立貝刺身夾住檸檬放在青瓜上,食時除了帆立貝的鮮味,還有小小檸檬味道。赤蝦勁大隻,肉質彈牙又甜美,好有口感。第四款是我最愛的油甘魚,亦是厚切,美味。岸久漁師野菜火炎鍋,真勁。先煮滾清酒,再點着火炎,火炎燒得好勁,火停了放入湯,昆布、三文魚頭件和蜆,大滾後放入野菜盤。湯底有清酒香,不是太濃,有蜆的鮮甜味,好好飲。一齊煮的野菜,吸收了湯的味,都特別甜。

岸久漁師野菜火炎鍋,真勁。先煮滾清酒,再點着火炎,火炎燒得好勁,火停了放入湯,昆布、三文魚頭件和蜆,大滾後放入野菜盤。湯底有清酒香,不是太濃,有蜆的鮮甜味,好好飲。一齊煮的野菜,吸收了湯的味,都特別甜。
