To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在銅鑼灣非常方便的一家,沒有人想起的酒樓。拿了多年米芝蓮的酒樓~拎起 點心紙 就會有種洋洋都新奇有趣嘅點心!(而且 價錢好抵食)我地只點了點心,午市套餐都有抵食炒粉面。🤩🤩蛋煎糯米雞(最愛糯米雞 好鐘意啊)沙薑鹽焗雞爪(雞腳好入味 軟軟的)紅豆芝麻卷(比個名字驚訝左,冇太大驚喜,不過 芝麻味十足)豬腳姜(超大碗,食到底 又發現多一隻蛋係度!哈哈哈 又驚喜又飽)蟹肉菜苗餃(其實比起蝦餃 我更喜歡菜苗餃!蟹肉嘅 更歡迎😍)午餐4個人食 飽飽!人均$100
