Mr & Mrs Fox 重開後走現代型格路線,落地玻璃加高樓底開揚設計,中央設復古英倫風酒吧枱🥂~~感覺好chill😙 小妹用餐嘅地方係2樓,呢層搖身一變,由現代酒吧變成🌿歐陸風秘密花園,仲有個打卡必備嘅書櫃位😁~選擇困難嘅小妹叫咗tasting menu ,可以任揀3款appetizer 、1款main ($500以下)同1款dessert🤗~~店員推介 Hokkaido Scallops Carpaccio 同Nicoise Salad。前者係北海道帶子薄片配海膽,帶子新鮮,海膽味濃,再配埋魚子醬,鮮味十足。後者Nicoise Salad配上黑芝麻炙燒吞拿魚同半熟鵪鶉蛋,吞拿魚較咸,魚肉略嫌唔夠滑。雖然叫做salad,但只係配橄欖、腰豆等,同小妹預期嘅沙律有d出入;如果想食沙律菜嘅話,呢款就未必啱。最後一款頭盤揀咗Char-grilled Octopus,3款中小妹比較鍾意嘅。大大條烤八爪魚鬚配上檸檬泡沫汁,食落味道鮮味清新,好啱用黎開胃;伴碟仲有墨汁意大利飯,飯米軟而帶微煙韌,幾好食。聽講呢度牛扒唔錯,所以Main 揀咗🐂 340g Black Angus Rib-Eye。牛扒

聽講呢度牛扒唔錯,所以Main 揀咗🐂 340g Black Angus Rib-Eye。牛扒烤得剛好,做到唔出血水嘅medium rare~~肉質幾嫩滑,而且帶微微炭燒香,再配埋烤蒜一齊食,好味😋! 牛扒另外配4款醬汁:干邑白蘭地黑椒汁、蛋黃醬、香草汁同蕃茄汁。小妹最鍾意🌱香草汁,會令牛扒更香口;其次係🍅蕃茄汁,微酸減退牛脂嘅油膩感,令牛肉多咗份清新感☺。

甜品揀咗🔥火辣辣嘅 Baked Alaska ,蛋白霜淋上Swiss Meringue,燒至微焦;內層係花生香蕉雪糕同朱古力脆脆餅底。雪糕小妹食落覺得似雲尼拿味😅 Swiss Meringue本身嘅酒香味都幾重,可惜燒得唔夠,所以蛋白霜嘅酒香唔突出,酒味落哂係碟底嘅餅底度。。。味道整體係討好嘅,內裏佔咗3分2都係雪糕,份量十足;不過蛋白霜本身都好甜,所以2個人食太多,建議搵3~4個朋友一齊share😆

原來2樓平日只係for private event,係近期先開放俾人上黎用餐。2樓相對比較靜,同朋友傾計食飯都好舒服~如果小妹係附近返工,放工都會想黎飲杯野happy吓。店員仲推介Saturday brunch, 可以食足3個鐘,搵機會再去先😉
