雖然聚寶既招牌係寫海南雞飯,但其實佢有另一個招牌菜色,就係豬仔脾飯。註: 如果唔鍾意食油飯,想食白飯既話(好似我甘) ,記住要同佢講,否則會自動上左油飯一碟豬仔脾飯,呈油亮深褐的醬汁,排列整齊既豬仔脾肉,仲有半隻卤水蛋,份量唔少。挾起一塊豬仔脾肉入口,佢最特別既係豬皮甚是彈牙煙韌,唔會好淋,咀嚼時有咬口,同時底下既脾肉又好嫩,加上醃得入味,就非常之好食.只係豬仔脾飯既水準冇海南雞飯keep得甘好,前排食過豬皮都算軟彈,但脾肉就煮得過了頭,硬左啲,但今日去食又水準回升,所以都幾難捉摸。睇你好唔好彩啦,好彩既話,我真心覺豬仔脾飯好食過海南雞飯。
