一粥麵嘅豬潤粥都幾好食,入面嘅豬潤份量多起碼有五六舊,而且切得都厚,最緊要係煮嘅時候唔會煮過龍,所以其實都好爽脆,再加埋一啲枸杞葉,帶呢小小清新嘅味道,上面亦配咗一啲花生豆,增加口感。
