幾日前喺「拉麵關注組」見到有人分享中環新開嘅大阪名店花丸軒。店主特意將本地師傅送到日本學藝,務求將正宗味道帶到香港。 慢煮原條豬軟骨拉麵|濃郁細膩嘅完美平衡 首推慢煮原條豬軟骨拉麵,豬軟骨經8小時燜煮,入口即化,膠質豐富但不搶味。湯底以豬骨同日本雞熬製,濃郁而不膩,帶輕微背脂滑順感,飲到尾都唔覺乾喉。麵條係細直麵,彈牙掛湯,與湯底及配料配搭完美,每口都充滿協調感。 天婦羅魷魚|一試難忘 雖然主角係拉麵,但天婦羅魷魚同樣出色,外層炸得酥脆金黃,內裡鮮嫩不韌,口感與香氣皆一流。 細節決定一切 老闆係花丸軒嘅忠實粉絲,食咗十幾年後決定引入香港。由湯底到配料,全部按照日本標準製作,就連流心蛋都用蘭王農場副線嘅蛋,細節盡顯用心

天婦羅魷魚|一試難忘
雖然主角係拉麵,但天婦羅魷魚同樣出色,外層炸得酥脆金黃,內裡鮮嫩不韌,口感與香氣皆一流。
