To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 商場經過一整年裝修翻新後,終於開返d食肆啦!可以逐間慢慢試餐廳裝修得有格調,坐得尚算舒服既,但多數都係2-4人卡位,如果想大group人去食既話就好似唔太合適啦!黑松露野菌意大飯好快上檯,蘑菇片都算多,清清地,媽咪表示好味,我就覺味道好一般啦!略嫌忌廉味過重而黑松露味又無咩。反而普通一碗既豬骨濃湯豚肉烏冬最好食湯底極濃郁無欺場,烏冬夠彈牙豚肉相當入味,仲有菇片及半隻溏心蛋作配料。附送一小碗泡菜作為前菜,雖道泡菜既味道淡且唔多夾碗烏冬溫泉蛋雞肉石頭鍋珍珠飯要等20分鐘先上檯,本來好期待,可惜食落係最失望既。賣相鮮色,飯量最多,配有醬油及辣椒醬各1小碗雖然睇落好整齊,但唔夠拎住一整支醬汁自己任加咁爽。石鍋還是不太夠熱而令白飯烘焦至一片片既飯焦,雞肉略少,辣汁唔夠辣與正宗既石鍋飯相比還差好一大段距離。
