紫薯黑糖年糕: 紫薯熱潮,連帶年糕都有埋紫薯味! 買了東海堂的黑糖紫薯年糕, 切開紫紫的,內裏仲見到粒粒紫薯肉!像一般煎年糕般處理它,加蛋黃漿煎起即成。 吃下,年糕偏較綿身,帶些少的煙韌,仲會食到紫薯肉的沙沙感。食味方面,紫薯味好香好濃,味道天然,甜度唔算高。大家都對我早排介紹的谷埔宋伯士多的紫薯茶果好有興趣,但要山長水遠去好難先食到一次,未食到嘅孩子,用呢個黑糖紫薯年糕充當住先都ok!!! (旁邊是媽媽製的手工蘿蔔糕,我最愛就是把它切成方形去煎,煎岀黎又靚啲,食落去每啖都食到脆邊位)Wow factor: 8/10購自東海堂
