To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 華星冰室是我獨行午餐的常去熱點。原因有三:1. 食物水準穩定,出餐快2. 一人多數不用等位3. 鄰近集成中心的港鐵特惠站這裡只有一個常餐($34),組合如下:炒蛋/煎蛋多士义燒/牛肉通粉或意粉飲品(凍飲加兩元)  炒蛋多士這裡的炒蛋滑得來有蛋香,兩塊火腿也不會只有咸味。兩塊多士用了厚多士。   牛肉通粉牛肉通粉用了清真牛肉,牛味香濃,但牛肉件數愈來愈少了。今天的通粉上枱時有些還連在一起,可見湯不夠熱。  熱檸檬茶茶味香濃,但最面的檸檬頭就不收貨了。 今天來食物水準下降了!侍應有禮,雖然忙但是做事十分勤快,值得表揚!
