To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午茶確實品過不少!但這樣玩味濃的古風Tea真的非常賞心悅目,這天跟好友再次沉醉於古代美饌之中感受那波譎雲詭的宮廷滋味。由踏入獅房菜Lion Rock開始就恍如走進深宮之中,人也忽然放慢腳步感受古時優雅的格調。古韻今風下午茶造型非常之打卡!鹹、甜點心造型精緻大家記得預多點時間拍照喔。下午茶可以點選特色飲品、咖啡、經典泡茶或風味泡茶等,我們當然選又靚又好喝的特飲。奶蓋山楂茉莉奶茶先以奪目的髮簪呈獻風乾山楂,浮遊於幼滑的邪惡奶蓋上再配上酸香山楂茉莉奶茶,口感滑溜味道酸香好可口而且還非常飽肚呢。好友喜歡熱飲這杯圓肉紅棗杞子茶就最適合不過了!內裏有養生紅棗和杞子,配搭味道香甜的圓肉滋潤又養顏。大家看各式各樣的鹹、甜美點賣相有多精緻!光是拍照已花上我半小時有多,而且真的美得捨不下吞掉它耶。讓我先來品嚐五款賣相美絕的宮廷風鹹點!清酒鮑魚配梅酒啫喱蘿蔔!以清酒炮製的鮑魚口感非常煙靭,內裏滲透出陣陣清酒香氣,喜歡它配上梅酒啫喱帶出酸香滋味,非常適合作為第一件品嚐的點心。雪場蟹肉魚子醬沙律青瓜杯則帶來鮮爽的味覺!梳梳鮮甜的雪場蟹內綴以魚子醬來增添鹹鮮香氣,貴氣之餘味道亦昇華不少呢,再以爽日青瓜來平衡令味
