有次上網見到呢個菜名:多汁淫蝦,覺得個名好搞鬼。作為好奇的食客,我們特登黎試下呢兩款 "玩味" 的菜式 - 「淫蝦」和「門西淋牛豬仁雞 VS 蝦兵蟹將」套餐。「淫蝦」應該指既係龍蝦,而「門西淋牛豬仁雞 VS 蝦兵蟹將」係一隻龍蝦、半隻慢煮春雞,以及炸軟殼蟹,搭配自選的爆多汁豬仔骨和薯條。好彩無揀意粉,因為個拼盤真係好大份。我地仲要加左個煙三文魚配牛油果酸青瓜作為餐前小食。呢個前菜堅好食,響呢個炎熱既天氣,食個酸酸甜甜清新爽口既冷盤,非常開胃。龍蝦肉質鮮甜彈牙,簡單的烹調保留住了海鮮本身的鮮美。半隻慢煮春雞外層用左孜然粉調咪,雞皮經過烤焗,外層有焦脆口感,內保持嫩滑多汁。軟殼蟹火喉剛好,口感外脆內軟。切開爆多汁豬仔骨真係睇到既爆多汁,肉質爽嫩,而且好惹味。檸檬莓果梳打和青檸柚子梳打清新怡人,唔會好甜,好解喝。衷心期待下次光顧Just'er Bar & Restaurant ,可以探索更多驚喜創意菜式。
