前菜1)蒜片煎蝦:蒜片炸得非常金黃、卜卜脆,淨食蒜片已經覺得好好食再加埋啲汁配合麵包食👍🏼,當然主角🦐好食就唔駛講啦2)clam : 肥美多汁,食得出係新鮮,最緊要係冇沙,又係一道配麵包👍🏼嘅前菜3)薯條:standard 4)蘑菇湯:好香蘑菇味,飲到底都仲係好熱辣辣👍🏼Main dishes1)小牛扒:表面煎得香脆可口亦有好多肉汁可惜熟咗少少如果生D會更好2)🐟:煎得好好,鮮嫩3)黑松露春雞:醃得好入味,隻雞裡裡外外都充滿黑松露香味,而且隻雞亦都唔會好鞋口4)乳豬:雖然細細份但係份量啱啱好,亦唔會好油膩食到成口油,個乳豬皮都好香脆,有中式酒樓水準
