女友最愛食半自助餐,但半自助晚餐唔係好多地方有,上網搵到呢間"My Day"近期推出石燒半自助晚餐,梗係要俾個surprise佢。餐廳位於美麗華商場食四方6樓,由於平時係用黎做婚宴場地,店內裝修得高貴浪漫,如果想book半自助晚餐,就要碰碰運氣睇下當晚有冇婚宴喇。自助前菜吧有好多選擇,沙律有羅馬生菜、生菜、粟米、蕃茄、煙肉粒等等,醬汁方面都有成4款揀,除咗沙律外,亦有煙三文魚、泰式鳳爪及海蜇等,其中海蜇非常入味及爽口,作為前菜一流。熟食有炸春卷、咖喱角、焗蠔及帶子,當中焗蠔以洋蔥及煙肉一齊焗,味道唔會太鹹,但始終黎緊有海鮮拼盤同主菜,都唔敢食得太多。湯有中湯及西湯選擇,西湯係甘筍忌廉湯,而中湯係淮山杞子螺頭煲雞湯,火喉十足,非常足料,飲落味精不多,唔會有口渴嘅感覺。食到咁上下,海鮮拼盤來了,有龍蝦、海蝦、翡翠螺、松葉蟹腳同青口,賣相非常吸引,每一樣都好新鮮,龍蝦肉質彈牙,亦都好重海水味,翡翠螺亦都好爽口,剩係呢個拼盤都已經值回票價。食完前菜及海鮮拼盤後,主菜嘅石燒終於登場了。我地分別揀咗燒挪威三文魚柳,象拔蚌,扇貝配忌廉麵豉汁及石燒肉眼扒配香草燒汁。店員會先將兩道菜輕微煮熟,再由我地自

食完前菜及海鮮拼盤後,主菜嘅石燒終於登場了。我地分別揀咗燒挪威三文魚柳,象拔蚌,扇貝配忌廉麵豉汁及石燒肉眼扒配香草燒汁。店員會先將兩道菜輕微煮熟,再由我地自己根據喜好放上石板燒來決定熟度。

燒挪威三文魚柳,象拔蚌,扇貝配忌廉麵豉汁 :
三文魚柳經石燒後,外皮燒得香脆,魚肉充滿石燒香味,忌廉麵豉汁味道香濃,但唔會蓋過三文魚鮮味,象拔蚌及扇貝經燒過後帶微焦,但肉質仍保持鮮嫩,伴碟嘅忌廉薯蓉味道微甜,配海鮮食一流。

石燒肉眼扒配香草燒汁 :
肉眼扒上檯時已經煮到2—3成熟,再由我地輕微燒過後已經可以入口,牛肉肉質鮮嫩多汁,牛味好濃,自己控制熟度真係最好。

食完主菜後雖然飽飽地,但見到咁精緻嘅甜品又點可以唔試呢?每一樣都唔會太甜,食多幾件都唔會覺得好漏。

最後配上即磨咖啡,為我地嘅晚餐劃上完美嘅句號。
