To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在海洋公園玩到肚子餓,就走進了鄰近纜車山上出口旁邊的嵐灣茶座。風景很好,看山看海,涼風陣陣,很舒適。我點了素肉丸意粉,男朋友點了墨西哥雞肉餡餅配洋蔥圈加啤酒。素肉丸意粉不太好吃,醬汁太多太濃,把肉丸的味道全蓋住,而且黑椒有點辣,對我來說有點太重口味,蕃茄醬偏咸。肉丸挺大顆的,我要分三口才吃完。意粉軟硬度不錯。墨西哥雞肉餡餅配洋蔥圈配有三款醬料,奶黃色的芝士醬,綠色的菠菜醬(?),紅色的新鮮蕃茄醬。男朋友說把醬汁塗上餡餅上,令餅皮不會太乾,咬下去雞肉的味道加在一起口感豐富。洋蔥圈炸得脆脆,很香口。沙拉菜比較清淡,配在一起平衡整道菜的味道。啤酒就沒特別。
