To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期一的晚上,沒有訂座的情況下,七點幾不用排隊,可直接入座。室內地方寬敞,環境舒服,座位之間的空間足夠。餐枱和餐牌都特別大。看了餐牌都有好多想食的,最後叫了以下食物:⭐️冬蔭功湯一入口覺得味道有層次,不會偏頗一種味道,夠均勻,好好飲。⭐️肉碎撈檬粉撈檬的甜酸醬汁刺激味蕾,口水分泌,好開胃,可惜肉碎質地淡同乾,檬粉過碎。⭐️明爐烏頭好大條烏頭,熱住食有另一番風味,魚肉嫩、鮮,配上泰式醬料,魚肉味更出眾。⭐️馬拉盞炒芥蘭馬拉盞唔夠味,稍微普通左啲。⭐️泰式滷水豬手賣相好吸引,可惜唔夠入味,沒有泰式風味。當日叫了五款菜式只上了兩款,漏單嚴重,整體還是滿意的,因為味道搭夠。

好大條烏頭,熱住食有另一番風味,魚肉嫩、鮮,配上泰式醬料,魚肉味更出眾。


⭐️馬拉盞炒芥蘭
馬拉盞唔夠味,稍微普通左啲。


⭐️泰式滷水豬手
賣相好吸引,可惜唔夠入味,沒有泰式風味。

漏單嚴重,整體還是滿意的,因為味道搭夠
