這天去了港島香格里拉56樓的珀翠餐廳吃法國菜午餐,順便慶祝朋友生日。這天訂了窗邊旁位置,俯覽一望無際的著名維多利亞港海景,加上宮廷風的裝修,盡顯氣派。點了一個4 dishes的lunch set. 首先熱前菜有法式雲吞,然後便是香橙Foie gras,好喜歡這個Foie gras的配搭,香濃的鵝肝配搭香橙打造成的Jelly,每一啖都有淡淡清香。主菜我選了鴨胸配搭red berry sauce. 鴨胸煎得很香,我很喜歡。然後甜點我選了Cheese platter,隨機三款芝士。這算是我吃過的Fine Dine中,味道上名列前茅的其中一間,除了外觀吸引,食物都是色香味俱全。推薦大家去試試!
