有個週末想同三五知己聚下,朋友搵到呢間喺西營盤嘅西餐廳,據知係新開嘅,open rice嗰時亦未有任何食評。一行幾人膽粗粗去左食。 點知個個食完都話一定要番黎encore最鍾意影餐具,呢到嘅碟都好靚正值happy hour時段,我嗌左枝Corona ($40), 黎嘅時候仲有lime放喺樽口!頭盤嗌左呢個茄子沙律。茄子唔係好多,但要留意佢有好多goat cheese,味道頗濃,唔係個個都啱!到呢個baby ribs,極力推薦啲肉非常嫩,好易切,好淋,碟一上就已經被個個搶哂。薯角都炸到金黃色,脆卜卜甜品點左brownie, 好快溶喇!不過個朱古力餅都好好味,唔會好硬。值得一讚係食食下廚師都出左黎,係個肥嘟嘟嘅外國人,佢問我地啲食物味道如何,我地都讚不絕口,真係好有心
