To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大澳文物酒店入面有間玻璃屋造型嘅餐廳，lookout 造型相當有格調，本以為用玻璃嘅設計可以飽覽海天一色同山景，但原來只有最貼近海邊嘅幾枱先望到個海。其餘會被一米嘅墻擋住，坐低只可遠眺望到個天，有啲失望。下午茶價錢都係一百頭有一個set 連嘢飲，價錢以酒店價格唔算貴，但整體食物質素非常一般。公司三文治，配料豐富仲配搭薯條，非常飽肚，係咁多set 之中較抵嗌。炸魚薯條有4舊炸魚，份量算慷慨。魚柳香脆入面唔乾。沙嗲雞串有6串，但每串份量唔多，串燒偏乾，沙嗲醬份量偏少。大澳炒飯飯粒炒到粒粒分明，但除咗份量少之外，仲炒到好乾，而且仲有蝦乾，真係又乾又硬。
