To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

環境清靜的譚仔三哥

去附近買嘢，見到譚仔三哥有位 唔駛等，就入去食碗米線，不過冇晒卡位坐🙃叫咗碗鮮冬菇清湯米線。可能多人叫外賣，堂食都要等一陣，份量正常。湯底ok, 但係食開淡口味嘅人，會覺得有少少鹹。今日的冬菇就偏細粒，得一粒巨大啲😂芽菜，好似米線咁粗，大大條好爽，是我最愛的配菜之一👍🏼，米線OK正常，唔太硬，有軟滑口感。呢間鋪面比較大，有好多位，環境清靜，清潔企理，同其他譚仔好唔同，唔使要趕住食，或食完要趕住走嘅感覺🙃
