To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 普通既一餐飯局, 二人同行, 就想試下呢間好唔好食..因為未食過, 而且onday 先決定去邊到食野..所以冇得預先訂位, 不過都唔打緊, 因為呢到有搭枱, 所以你地如果唔介意搭枱, 都會好快就有位, 否則要等十幾二十張table.而且佢地既waiter好似唔太夠人...所以叫人order都有難到, 但上既食物都幾快手....咁本身我都幾鍾意食上海食物, 所以一去到就揀左最常食既小籠包 / 粉皮 / 排骨 ..等食物..但其實佢地做法都唔算好正宗咁...d味道好似好唔同....1. 雞絲粉皮 - 冇咩特別好唔好味...因為主要係配個花生醬去食..因為本身粉皮係冇味既...d雞絲又唔多覺有..2. 黑醋排骨 - 甜甜地, 睇落去好濃味, 但食落還好...只係略嫌佢有d實...3. 小籠包 (上海野必食) - 唔夠熱, 但皮都幾薄, 但肉汁少...4. 薰蛋 - 好糖心...但冇煙薰味..(冇咩印象食過, 所以唔知味道會係點)5. 上海炒年糕 - 極鹹, 除左鼓油味, 我食唔到其他味...6. 云吞雞湯 (1碗) (忘記影相) - 夠晒清甜, 因為味道太濃, 有呢個湯綜和下會好好多...7

1. 雞絲粉皮 - 冇咩特別好唔好味...因為主要係配個花生醬去食..因為本身粉皮係冇味既...d雞絲又唔多覺有..

2. 黑醋排骨 - 甜甜地, 睇落去好濃味, 但食落還好...只係略嫌佢有d實...

3. 小籠包 (上海野必食) - 唔夠熱, 但皮都幾薄, 但肉汁少...

4. 薰蛋 - 好糖心...但冇煙薰味..(冇咩印象食過, 所以唔知味道會係點)

5. 上海炒年糕 - 極鹹, 除左鼓油味, 我食唔到其他味...

6. 云吞雞湯 (1碗) (忘記影相) - 夠晒清甜, 因為味道太濃, 有呢個湯綜和下會好好多...

7. 豆沙窩餅 - 塊皮太厚同太脆, 唔係點解, 依家食親既都係呢種做法, 以前食開一間老店, 佢既做法係皮有d軟, 同皮薄, 勁多豆沙...我反而愛食以前既老店既做法....(當然唔知邊個先係正宗)...
