今日行完科學館,已到下午6時鐘,係時候揾地方食晚餐,我朋友話厚福街好多嘢食,所以,就朝著這個方向去啦,沿途都好多人,終於到達。這條街很短,但全條街都是食肆,我們行了一圈,見到這間名字好得意,叫“小蟻人” 又不用加一,門口雖然不是好著眼,但因有個職員企在門口的,所以都容易揾到。落了一條樓梯,內裏環境和室外是兩個世界。這裏全白為主,好有歐陸情懷,牆是用了香港夜境為裝飾,很浪漫. 忘記了外面炎熱的天氣和擠迫的尖沙咀一坐下,侍應已奉上兩杯雪芭,很窩心,我二話不說就將它消滅,立時冰涼透心。“冷靜”後望下餐牌,這裏除了主餐牌外還有晚餐。這裏食物都好多元化,除了主菜,還有頭盤,特色的餐湯,仲有多款甜品 ,實在好難得。我們思量了一會,叫了兩個晚餐,就是炭燒安格斯西冷牛扒配黑松露汁,香煎鰽魚配燒薯蓉,紅菜頭忌廉汁. 今晚的餐湯是香茅南瓜忌廉湯,好特別的配搭,飲下好香的香茅味,但沒有搶去南瓜的香味,又不會太濃稠,這個不消一會,就飲完了。到主菜了...香煎鰽魚配燒薯蓉紅菜頭忌廉汁 .  鰽魚外皮煎得很金黃,微燶。好香口. 但亦有少許腥味. 紅菜頭汁紫紅色圍著鰽魚, 沒有很濃的味道. 鰽魚面頭鋪了數條炸香了的

Other Info. : 這間餐廳雖然裝修得很漂亮,但並不需要加一服務費.而且侍應好主動清理枱面,另令枱面時常都保持很乾淨,抵讚.
