早幾日第一次來同客食左個lunch發覺原來幾好食,同埋個環境都幾好就取消左原本同太太食自助餐而改來呢到食個omakase. 而最後都決定係岩既。介紹返當日食左既omakase先前菜: 炒銀杏及醃漬牛蒡 酸蕎頭 蒜粒醃漬物好入味,銀杏就有食果種果香之後輕食就到主角環節:1. 牡丹蝦拼海膽魚子醬隻蝦夠晒鮮味,海膽加魚子醬都好好食完全冇腥味2. 燒黑豚肉腸呢個香腸唔會燒燶左好乾身,食果時仲有陣陣煙燻味同埋好juicy3. 厚燒和牛舌本身自己不太喜歡牛舌,但太太就好鍾意食,佢食左一舊同我講呢舊野唔食係我後悔,我就試下食一舊又發覺真係好好味,口感有咬口彈牙4. 燒雞頸肉及免治雞肉棒將2款擺埋一齊講下,如果要咬口一定係雞頸肉,佢有少少軟骨令到食落有口感而雞肉棒係啖啖肉汁既口感,加埋個蛋香配合非常好味(隻蛋俾我食前篤爛左,先記得未影相)5. 鹽燒鰻魚呢個鰻魚串個皮燒到好脆,但係D肉就冇俾佢燒到乾身,加上個人比較喜歡鹽燒既食物,呢個真係不得了6.明太子墨魚天婦羅卷呢個卷值得欣賞係佢唔會食到成口油炸既油,同埋墨魚仲食到彈牙既,但有少少彈係因為佢個紫蘇葉個味太搶好似只係食到塊葉味7. 日本角螺湯食完一輪串

5. 鹽燒鰻魚
呢個鰻魚串個皮燒到好脆,但係D肉就冇俾佢燒到乾身,加上個人比較喜歡鹽燒既食物,呢個真係不得了

食完一輪串燒又安排得幾好咁俾左個湯你潤一潤下,個湯其實都非常鮮甜,咁大隻螺去煮一碗仔精華,仲俾返個殼你睇下同入面D肉成正比ga

9. 日本和牛shabu shabu + 粥底火鍋
去到最尾來個和牛shabushabu收尾,餐廳安排左飛驒、佐賀、山形牛,一次過食到幾款日本名牛,睇相就知D牛幾高質,仲要有專人幫你淥埋,完全唔駛怕煮得過熟浪費左咁靚既和牛,最後就係個粥喇,個粥用返呢個湯底來煮,但係非常之入味同鮮甜

呢個想表揚下餐廳既貼心,book枱時提過再去到餐廳時再同經理講左句,佢回覆已經安排好

omakase而家有好多唔同選擇,亦都試過伏過,今次真係喜出望外,串燒真係非常出色,會主動幫你換下碟同埋斟茶咁,又會介紹下食物咁,個個員工都笑笑口,好有親切感
