由大排檔到熟食中心,珠記都真係由細食到大,可喜係佢多年來水準依然,無因為賺夠而hea 我地。今日友人難得過來鴨脷洲,一於帶佢試下我嘅老朋友珠記。即日訂位,頭輪已經爆滿,結果要2030。2015到達仲要等下執枱,又有d 無品食客偷雞插隊,建議大家預早訂枱。食海鮮最重要係新鮮,死透嘅海鮮仲衰過唔食,今晚嘅海鮮就完全無lee 個問題。油鹽水蜆:清新,冬菜係亮點,佢嘅咸味係畫龍點晴。大家都有飲湯食粉絲。不過d 蜆就唔算大隻。鼓椒炒蟶子:肉厚,爽口彈牙。醬料啱啱好,唔會搶晒海鮮味,又令佢惹味左。椒鹽九肚魚:金黃色,炸透晒,做到香口鬆脆,食晒成條先醒起佢連骨都唔洗吐椒鹽瀨尿蝦:Lee d 野最好食梗係個殼啦,入晒味,啜啜下幾過癮。蝦身好多膏,啱晒好此道者,咬落去又多重口感。但其實我自己唔鍾意膏(淚),有無得order 無膏版先?菠蘿生炒骨:個醬酸甜比例恰到好處,好醒胃,可惜嘅係d 肉有d 淋,寶寶就不太喜歡,但我仍然食得好開心,菠蘿都唔錯,無用cheap 野。家鄉小炒:基本上係炒雜碎。腰果好正,家人就鍾意佢d 蝦醬同蝦乾,最估唔到係d 魷魚頭尾,細細條,但好彈牙,好惹味!!!白粥:無錯,白粥都要寫

白粥

無錯,白粥都要寫,家人一直喺珠記都唔會叫飯,而係食粥。無味精,有腐竹,米味,腐竹味都出晒,濃稀適中。一啖接一啖,不自覺就食晒。友人本來覺得無咩特別,但佢話配埋濃味嘅小炒就剛好。

今次最可惜係菜膽雞賣晒,下次一定要預留...6 個人五個餸,都只係$670,真係平靚
