燒春雞既外皮偏向乾爽,無咩油膩感,無論係雞髀定係雞胸位,肉質都唔乾嚡,而且會有少少蜜糖香🍯

次次黎呢間我都必定會食牛🐮可以揀返把餐刀先,好有儀式感🔪要左五成熟,慢煮過後色澤粉嫩,質感軟腍,肉味亦突出,仲有三款芥末醬可以揀,我最鍾意既係芥末籽,酸酸地又帶點微辛辣幾惹味🫶🏻
兩樣主菜都配烤蔬菜,同好幼滑兼夾重奶香既薯蓉🥔
