To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

世界盃期間, 很多餐廳都會特別推出套餐來應節.上月我們一行六人去沙嗲軒吃晚餐兼睇波.餐廳在黃金海岸酒店內,環境和佈置不錯, 很舒服.六人特選世盃晚餐($900)菜式包括佐酒小食拼盆湯可選肉骨茶或獅城酸辣湯招牌海南雞雞肉尚算嫩滑椰香咖喱牛腩星洲蘿蔔糕蘿蔔糕蘸上蛋汁來煎效果不錯地道炒貴刁香辣通菜印度千層油酥餅蘸上牛腩特別好味嚤嚤喳喳凍或熱任君選擇當晚阿根廷對南韓, 比賽很精采.正當我低頭挾菜時, 突然全場歡呼起來, 原來阿根廷入了球,我竟然錯過了入球的一刻, 真激氣!激氣事一浪接一浪,想不到阿根廷入第二球時, 我亦同一情況下錯過了.... 小時候, 我開始懂得看世界盃時, 正是馬勒當拿最當fit時, 當年他的球技很勁, 是取得世界盃冠軍的靈魂人物, 所以一直我對阿根廷有一份情意結, 想不到今次竟然四強不入.
