To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有日突然好想食港式野，然後見附近有金記就入去試下。一坐低已經見到有好多蚊飛嚟飛去、筷子又多污漬，好核突。但坐低咗又費事走，諗住快快脆食完走人，對野食味道完全冇任何expectation。叫咗個二人餐，波蘿咕嚕肉同椒鹽豬扒。先講咕嚕肉，望落乾真真，醬又唔勻循，咬落去有一半都係炸粉。椒鹽豬扒呢啲比較重口味嘅菜式都可以整到冇乜味，淡口唔辣又唔咸。豬扒乸到好林，好多肥肉。剩低一半冇食到。飲品：凍檸茶同凍奶茶一樣，茶底冇味，好淡色，飲緊檸水咁。總結：環境污糟，成餐飯好似同啲蚊搭枱咁，好唔開胃；食物味道又差又求其，套員工制服仲敢寫「傳統風味，新派演繹」，真係笑死人。大快活都好食過垃圾金記。
