餐廳位於燈籠街 V point 嘅 27 樓,有幸安排到窗邊座位俯瞰住銅鑼灣嘅繁華市景,淨係食個景都已經贏咗一半。竹蔗茅根,青甜潤喉,係打邊爐嗰陣啤酒以外嘅最佳選擇。醉火入鍋,呢個醉火入鍋包括咗五種湯底,中間嘅係醉蝦木瓜鍋,飲醉哂嘅鮮蝦送到上嚟嘅時候依然生蝦咁跳,侍應喺我哋面前點火將醉蝦整暈之後就開始落湯底打邊爐,經燃燒後湯底嘅木瓜味道遠比起酒味濃厚,酒味反而入哂落啲醉蝦度,出色。四川麻辣鍋,麻辣鍋帶有香濃嘅辣椒同埋花椒嘅香氣,湯底裏頭嘅豆卜、豬皮、大豆牙同埋雲耳索進麻辣嘅香味,又係淨係食湯底都夠做嘅一道。清湯蘿蔔牛腩鍋,內裏有炆得腍身嘅蘿蔔同埋牛腩,為數不少。馬來肉骨茶鍋,鍋底裏面搵藏豬手,有夠誠意。蕃茄波士頓龍蝦鍋,龍蝦有大大半隻,最正係佢個蕃茄湯,攞嚟淥面無敵。各款鍋底都真才實料,淨係食啲鍋底都已經飽咗五成。頂級安格斯牛小排,賣相不俗,底下冰塊有助牛肉保持新鮮,安格斯牛油花豐富而均勻,牛肉味道無容置疑。三色鮮製生麵,鮮製生麵麵質異常爽彈,配襯埋個蕃茄湯底更加係如虎添翼,係我少有打邊爐嚟講食麵仲多過食肉嘅一次。手打芝士蝦丸,蝦丸新鮮彈牙,帶有微微嘅芝士味,同個蝦味相輔相成。
