仲記得,閃電泡芙啱啱登陸香港時,報章雜誌都紛紛介紹,要食,係要排隊! 而閃電泡芙個名係源於法國詞語Éclair,即係「閃電」,意思係個泡芙太正喇,要好似閃電咁極速吞左佢落肚。今日約左知己好友黎太古城睇戲,仲有大半個鐘先開場。經過呢度,見到舖面好大,竟然用兩個舖位賣泡芙,仲擺有枱凳俾客人堂食,入面玻璃櫃擺放左一件件好吸睛嘅閃電泡芙。數一數,有十一種泡芙揀,件件都設計得好靚,擺放得整整齊齊,兩個人心大心細都唔知揀邊款好。有別於一般普通泡芙,閃電泡芙唔係一個個其貌不揚呈圓形,而係一件件好修長,仲要七彩繽紛,裝飾得好鬼靚咁,充滿創意同心思! 每款泡芙前面都有一名牌寫上味道同編號,編號以N°標示創作嘅先後次序。揀左好耐終於揀左四款當然要相機先食,放上網呃呃LIKE。由左至右,N°3 、N°1、N°8、N°275。N°3 Vanilla Pecan Nut  雲呢拿合桃味  -  忌廉入面加入左好多雲呢拿籽,好香濃雲呢拿味,入口好幼滑,上面仲有粒粒烘過嘅焦糖合桃,甜度少少偏甜,我最鍾意呢款。N°1 Salted Butter Caramel 鹹牛油焦糖味  -  鹹牛油配上濃郁焦糖味,有啲似拖肥糖

N°3 Vanilla Pecan Nut  雲呢拿合桃味  -  忌廉入面加入左好多雲呢拿籽,好香濃雲呢拿味,入口好幼滑,上面仲有粒粒烘過嘅焦糖合桃,甜度少少偏甜,我最鍾意呢款。

N°1 Salted Butter Caramel 鹹牛油焦糖味  -  鹹牛油配上濃郁焦糖味,有啲似拖肥糖味,鹹甜交融,兩種味道互相配合同衝擊,幾特別。呢款係閃電泡芙嘅第一款創作口味,都係店中嘅熱賣口味。

N°8 Praline Hazelnut Cream 果仁榛子忌廉味  -  用厚實帶脆嘅撻底代替泡芙,配上濃郁嘅榛子可可醬、細滑嘅忌廉同埋碎嘅榛子粒。味道好濃郁,但超級甜,而且好「漏」,極飽肚之選

N°275 Champagne香檳味  -  內有香檳酒香味嘅幼滑忌廉,面層係橙黃色嘅果粒,顏色鮮艷,賣相精緻。果粒帶酸配合甜味嘅幼滑忌廉, 一酸一酸,再灑上焗果仁碎,感覺清新。

法國甜品一向好甜,雖然店方已將甜度調低,配合香港人口味,但都仲係偏甜。如果能夠配上一杯帶甘帶苦嘅即磨熱咖啡中和返甜度,咁就會啱啱好,可惜呢度飲品唔係太多選擇,只有幾款凍果汁同凍果茶。呢度咁大個舖位,如果賣埋精品咖啡就好喇。
