To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次同屋企人黎左食台灣菜 因為係平日嘅關係所以都冇咩人 唔洗排隊燒乳鴿買一送一$58@2 都幾平 個皮都幾脆 肉質唔柴 另外入面好juicy 啲油滴哂出嚟添微辣手工拌麵- 麻辣半根半牛肉/麻辣鴨血/椒麻拌麵麵好彈牙係幾好食 但有啲辣 而個湯冇咩牛同埋都幾油 呢個沙朗牛肉肉燥飯 牛肉份量麵係有啲少 得3塊薄片 肉燥就算係多 咸度適中幾送飯 但係食到最後就發現係好油 好彩有少少青瓜解膩之後係酥炸排骨同雞扒既肉燥飯 2樣炸粉皮都好厚 同埋調味偏咸 個麵就正常發揮紅油抄手有啲辣同咸 但有蒜茸就幾香 到甜品啦 芋圓幾煙韌豆腐花都幾滑 其他野就普通 芒果香草密糖磚塊 賣相就幾吸引 味道都唔錯芒果唔甜亦唔酸 但士多啤梨就好酸 雪糕溶咗配埋麵包好夾 幾好味😋
