吃過晚飯,接下來是甜品時間。在灣仔有名氣的餅店倒不少,但可供堂食的又不算多,最後選了在Passion by Gerard Dubois 吃了兩件蛋糕。Mango Mont Blanc面上放滿栗蓉,挺香滑,內含芒果慕絲,但出力不足,蛋糕整體味道稍甜。La Boule Cerise以櫻桃慕絲為主要食材,酸香滑溜,沒有Mango Mont Blanc那份膩感。底層以朱古力脆脆作底,和上方櫻桃慕絲來一個對比,酸對甜,軟對脆。
