To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

茶木把甜品放在餐牌的最前，原來是別有用心。平常晚餐來吃，很少會吃到甜品。這次一試，的確有點驚喜。點了個草莓香草蜜糖磚塊（$74）確實有點貴，不過再看餐牌其他甜點，單層的也是同價那感覺這個是化算的了。看上去好多層，其實是被騙了嗎？哈哈，我不知道。因為忌廉和雪糕下面的多士，一早就被切好！全都是一口小土司，很貼心土司每一顆都是溫熱的，不會太燙，也沒有放了很久的感覺，所以每一顆都脆脆的。加上冰凍的雪糕和忌廉，超好吃的總結：坐得舒服賣相好看味道好吃
