Finallly see a new dessert shop open in the Po Lam area.and this is a well known dessert shop which have many shops in HK. as my first time walking into this restaraunt I must say that the renovation is very nice and the desserts are very different from the traditional dessert shops. I ordered half a dozen of egg pudding which was put in an egg shell. I have tried similar dessertsin Taiwan which tasted very good. And this one which they offfered I must say is even better then the ones in Taiwan

The texture of the egg pudding is very smooth and has a flavour of vanilla taste.. just like the french dessert creme brulee.
I will definitely come back again since it is just 2 minute walk from my home.
