小店,小店,妳執一間,便無一間了!希望所有小本經營者也可以排除萬難可以力抗洪流,生存到下世紀,始終租金一直是經營者面對的最大挑戰與困難!我也無奈地親眼見到一間又一閒再一間消失於天與地……唉!春夏秋冬,花落飄散不堪記!叫了蝦米腸,woo ,粉皮厚度適中,加上葱花引出清淡而又葱花般香,點上混合孖寶兩醬,令人心曠神怡,我明白了一日之計在於晨,早上一定要空肚吃早餐之道理了!另,再叫了免治牛肉粥,一碗靚粥最重要是粥底,慢火煮,再加入用心切好的免治牛,一併煮好,牛味也滲入綿綿粥底,吃出厨師的貼心及用意!就是喜歡,正是愛上……i am loving it !
