Restaurant: The Chef's Table

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

臨時臨急搵餐廳慶祝生日，將軍澳好多都食過又冇乜邊間好特別，就一於試下酒店既自助餐！經openrice 訂位有7折，算係抵！準時18:30入到去，人唔多，獲安排左近甜品既梳化位，好舒服！夠鐘會有侍應提你可以拎野食，貼心抵讚！一開波拎左中湯，有桃膠可以補補之後拎左蟹腳，蜆（有沙），生蠔（細細隻肉薄冇乜蠔味），凍蝦，仲有魚生，味道正正常常！熱盤都有唔少選擇，連燒味都有！不過都係冇乜邊隻突出！野飲有咖啡奶茶檸茶，甜品一般，大路既綠茶蛋糕、芝士蛋糕，仲有豆花！試左粒龍鬚糖反而幾驚喜，鬆化唔太甜，encore左！重頭戲係分子紅豆雪糕！睇住佢整，好多煙，啲小朋友好開心！雪糕個味好紅豆，不過諗唔明同分子有咩關係！另外仲有哈根大師放題，最少有成七八隻味，啱曬各位甜魔！最後仲有件生日cake。。不過太飽食唔落，又唔比打包，只好白白浪費！
