To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日是我們為朋友慶祝生日, 選擇了地區方便的尖沙咀區的酒店自助餐廳, 今天主題是泰國食品, 有我喜歡的泰國蝦刺身, 好新鮮, 好鮮味, 也有泰國沙律, 很開胃, 其餘鵝肝, 牛排, 羊肉都好好味, 而且是無限供應, 熱盤有紅酒繪牛尾, 好入味, 好軟, 整體冷熱盤都有很多選擇及很有質素。甜品種類很多, 有小朋友喜歡的朱古力嘖泉外, 雪糕是軟滑的movenpick, 有很多味選擇, 還可自行加糠果, 杏仁, 餅干碎等等, 班蘭味雞蛋仔好好味, 還有很多糕點。餐廳服務很好, 很有禮貌, 很有善, 收碟快, 不會像有些自動餐廳堆一桌餐碟要叫時才幫你收。這間餐廳無論食物, 種頪, 服務都值得推介, 給了我們享受了一餐豐富, 開心的晚上。
