To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一行六人去了理工大學聚賢樓晚膳, 今晚搞手特意留了一間房給我們盡興,她選了半席套餐:芝士焗龍蝦烏冬麵~龍蝦味美烏冬麵有咬感;燒味拼盤~ 燻鴨胸-嫩滑清爽丶海蜇-彈牙丶叉燒-柔軟香口丶燒肉-皮脆肉嫩,味道各異但亦有不同嚼感;炒牛肉粒~配了青紅黃椒拾配普通卻惹味;蝦鉗~香脆可口, 百食不厭的一道菜;清蒸魚~煮得剛熟幼嫩新鮮好味;鮑魚冬菇菜~鲍鱼彈牙丶冬菇厚肉有嚼勁;燒雞~皮脆雞肉嫩滑,有嚼感;壽桃來時大家都唱起壽辰歌,非常開心又熱鬧,高興得不得了..... 最後來了桂花榚來完結了這頓飯。
