今日同朋友仔慶祝生日,佢夜收工,所以只好去佢公司附近既酒樓食飯慶祝。友人最喜歡食雞同帶子,所以叫左個順德生煎雞同黑松露醬炒帶子,仲有個花膠野菌浸翡翠苗。1. 黑松露醬炒帶子好香,帶子都好鮮甜。2. 花膠野菌浸翡翠苗 – 呢個一般,無咩味道,D花膠原來會碎上,唔講仲以為係鵝腸3. 順德生煎雞 – 呢個應該係招牌菜,我見好多枱都有叫呢個,佢上枱時仲”吱吱”聲,一端上嚟就一陣姜蔥味,原來鍋底用大量姜蔥墊底,D雞好嫩滑好香,不過呢個要快手食,因為裝雞既鍋熱辣辣,遲左食D雞就無咁嫩,同埋要小心鍋邊燙手。4. 呢度個白飯好特別,係用砵仔上的,不過無得落豬油去撈飯5. 最後當然要叫個大大隻壽桃包同蛋黃千層糕同朋友仔慶祝下。
