春天到臨,亦即日本白桃來港季節。原本今年生日準備一如過往兩年,購買Italian Tomato個白桃蛋糕慶生,點知行到其合和中心分店門外,發現旁邊新開咗間德國餅舖「A-1 Bakery」,咁啱又正在推廣緊白桃系列蛋糕,XO仔當然係想比較一吓啦,所以就不加思索地選擇咗幫襯新店!置身於超市入面o既「A-1 Bakery」,舖面好開揚,溫文有禮o既姐姐喺方形counter中央工作,四面被麵包糕點圍住,望落去寬闊衛生,慳位又企理。落餅流程簡易快捷,五分鐘內迅速搞掂,取餅當日蛋糕亦準時有得攞,效率絕對有保證。白桃忌廉芝士蛋糕White Peach Cream Cheese Cake($208/原個;$28/件):原個蛋糕只有一磅裝,份量剛剛好供十人作甜品。實物與相片唔算得上係差得太遠,不過就外表睇黎,個人覺得Italian Tomato嗰個稍勝一籌。一刀切落去,已覺底面兩層海綿蛋糕鬆軟,入口更覺夾喺中間o既芝士餡層輕巧軟熟。面層雪白o既忌廉滑溜非常,就連嫲嫲都能輕易吞嚥下去,實屬難得!主角白桃軟身得黎又帶點兒爽脆,味道清香甜美得令不愛吃生果o既大肥亦大為讚賞,唯一家人都略嫌白桃份量唔夠多。糕面其
