行過銅鑼灣,見到對面街有間外型零舍得意,個名都得意過人嘅餐廳,叫”大雞食堂”😂,就入去試吓。午餐時段,我哋揀咗”招牌蔥油雞扒撈丁”和”蔥油燒慢煮豬頸肉飯”。先講雞扒撈丁。雞肉係幾滑嘅,但要讚嘅係雞皮脆得嚟唔肥,撈丁亦會有少少硬度,唔會煮到腍晒。但以我嘅口味嚟講,我覺得豬頸肉先係今日嘅MVP。慢煮嘅豬頸肉,又腍又有肉香,睇樣就知,但個面都燒過吓,食落有少少叉燒嘅感覺。配埋凍奶茶,今日嘅午餐着實唔錯。p.s. 見到隔離個常餐都好吸引,好想試
