今日去開西灣河,見到呢間生煎包舖頭依然屹立不倒,七年前我喺西灣河返工已經存在,既然係咁就入去試吓佢嘅生煎包係咪真係咁好食,可能餐廳已經好多年,所以入邊嘅環境同衛生情況就一般般,招牌生煎菜肉包$28 ,生煎包嘅面同底煎到脆卜卜,但係一啲都唔會油膩,坊間嘅油淋淋生煎包見到都唔想食,因為一放落口全都是油,放生煎包嘅鐵煲預先加熱,上面再放上韭菜同芽菜,生煎包再放到最上面,成件事變到好精緻,而且生煎包好大個,食得出生煎包係自家製,因為入邊嘅菜肉餡好新鮮,而且仲好Juice,生煎包的而且確很不錯
