同朋友食飯,如果想食餐好,我必然係推介中環區。環境舒適、食物又有質素,先有係享受人生。今日黎到中環Chateau,除左期待好野食之外,原來仲有表演睇,就係開生蠔嘅世界紀錄保持者Mr. Marcel Lesoille 特登黎到表演,聽聞一分鐘可以開38隻生蠔,今次仲加插用硬幣或者信用卡開蠔,真係大開眼界。生蠔即場開,無用水沖過,所以海水味都幾足。再唧少少檸檬汁,可以帶出生蠔嘅鮮味,而且蠔肉仲好肥美,入口順滑,極之新鮮。接著有忌廉汁煮新西蘭青口。青口份量唔少,質感精細而又夠咬口,而汁係忌廉為主,再加入白酒,兩者味道同青口配合得天依無逢。特色焗法國鵪鶉,鵪鶉雖說比較細隻,但都有唔少肉食。肉質非常之細嫩,跟皮一齊食更加係極正嘅口感!而舶煎羊鞍同樣係出色之作。羊鞍煎得金黃香口,一上枱已經係香氣撲鼻,而放入口嘅時候完全無羊羶味,反之,肉質係非常嫩滑,烹調功夫果然真高!最後甜品時間,我地各自揀左一客紅莓撻同埋蛋白撻。前者酸甜味道適中,有著醒胃嘅作用; 而蛋白撻平凡得黎又食得出烤焗甜品嘅心思,撻皮香脆,餡料又豐富!
