To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

用「心」製作食物的茶餐廳

記得年初曾專程到銀龍咖啡茶室，可惜那次店休息。之後因疫情等等原因，至今日天重陽節終於懷著開心的心情，再次到鯉魚門銀龍。 10時前已經在店外等候開門，店員親切的服務令我感覺親切，店內衛生防疫做足。我點了馳名的腐乳西多、芒果布甸 及 熱奶茶。 這杯奶茶真令人難忘，幼滑茶香，甚至中環的蘭X園仍比下去；芒果布甸果肉新鮮不過是必要試的甜品。獨特的腐乳配西多士，未試過的值得一試。 今次更幸運遇見老闆娘 Kate 姐，她親口告訴我她研製奶茶的故事，原來這杯奶茶背後有感人的故事。 我必定會再次光顧，下次除了奶茶，仍會試試其他美食。
