再次去土瓜灣搵食,心血來潮想食拉麵,搵到呢間小店試吓拉麵選擇有4款豬骨湯底另加1款九州地獄拉麵,點了3碗豬骨湯底試吓再加小食芝麻雞翼➡️鳴虎拉麵➡️黑鳴虎拉麵➡️鳴海老拉麵➡️芝麻雞翼據店內資料描述,師傅每朝早將70公斤豬骨慢熬7至8小時,再經過繁複的隔油及過濾步驟,熬成乳白色的高湯,隔一晚作備用,之後師傅首先將湯底再次煲滾並加上自家秘製醬油,用筷子快速攪拌麵條,用力瀝乾煮麵水,令拉麵更加濃郁,最後就把叉燒切成薄片,叉燒還要經火槍火炙,逼出叉燒油份。拉麵爽口彈牙,叉燒入口嫩滑惹味,厚道適中除了拉麵之外亦有10多款丼嘅選擇,價錢亦算相宜。整體來講,以小店來說格局雖細但乾淨企理,設計有特色,食物選擇算多,價錢合理,味道亦非常不錯,下次都會試埋佢嘅丼同地獄拉麵
